How to Apply

1.Candidates need to fill up the Online Application form provided on this website.


2.Candidates should register through “Apply Online‟ button by providing essential information like name, father’s name, mother’s name, DOB, Gender, marital status, category, state of domicile, aadhaar no (not mandatory) and communication information like address, mobile no., e-mailID. It may be noted that the details provided at this stage cannot be modified later on, and hence the candidates are advised to be careful in entering the details.

Candidate should enter the details of his Category Certificate, Domicile Certificate etc under the Other Information section.

Under Educational Qualification candidate should enter their 10th and 12th details and under preferential qualification candidate should enter the NCC, Territorial army, O level certificate details, if any. Further candidates should enter their correspondence and Permanent address and submit.


3. Upon successful registration, the candidates can activate their account through the OTP sent to their registered mobile number or registered email id.


4. Once the candidate’s account is activated, he/she can subsequently login with their Registration number and DOB and make the payment. Once the payment is successful candidate is required to upload his/her recent passport sized photograph(35mm x 45mm) in JPEG/JPG/JPE format (of size min 20 kb but not more than 50 kb) and a scanned copy of their signature(35mm x 15 mm) in JPEG/JPG/JPE format (of size min 5 kb but not more than 20kb).


5. Candidate must upload his/her 10th and 12th certificates, other relevant documents related to selection done during filling primary registration and complete their registration process and then take print of the Application Form (Acknowledgement).

Process & Instructions:

Application Procedure: 4 Simple Steps (Primary Stage, Activation, Payment, Photo and Document Upload) to be followed to apply online

Step1:Primary stage:
In this first stage of registration, the candidates need to fill details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, DOB, Gender, marital status, category, aadhaar no and communication information like address, mobile no., e-mail ID, Educational Qualification, preferential qualification and address. After entering the required details click on ‘Next’ button to see a preview of the details entered for verification. Once submitted the registration number will be generated and OTP will be sent to registered mobile number and email id.
Step2:Activation:
After completion of Primary stage, OTP will be sent to candidate’s registered mobile number and registered E-mail id. Candidate can activate his/her application by using the “Activate through OTP” option in the portal. The candidate can proceed further after the activation of application.
Step3:Payment:
Candidate is required to make an Application Fee Payment. He/ She can pay the fees through the URL given in the Payment Stage. Payment can be done only through SBI Payment Gateway. There is no refund for candidates who make multiple payments.
After completion of payment, the Registration number will be generated and the candidate can take print of his application.
Step4:Photo and Document upload:
After successful completion of payment, candidate must login and upload scanned copy of his/ her photo, signature and applicable documents and complete the registration process
Candidate should take print of the acknowledgment (Application) and keep it for all future references.
