HOW TO APPLY
1. The detailed advertisement, link for submission of online application form and subsequent communication/updates related to this advertisement shall be available on the Institute’s website www.drrrmlims.ac.in. Hence, the candidates are advised to keep checking the website for any announcements/updates.
2. Candidates will have to produce signed hard copy of their online application, original copies of all certificates in support of all the claims made regarding their candidature in the application for verification, as per the instructions of the institute at the time of interview. They will be required to submit self-attested copies of the uploaded documents at the time of interview.
3. If, at any stage, it is found that any desired/necessary information is suppressed or misrepresented by the candidate, his/her candidature can be cancelled and other appropriate action can be initiated against him/her.
4. Candidates are directed to preserve the information (in the form of soft and hard copy for future reference) rendered at each step of registration/application (eg- registration, fee payment, final submission etc.) while applying online.
5. Application Fee: Non-Refundable application fee shall be payable as follows:
a. ₹.6000.00 (Rupees Six Thousand only) + 18% GST (UR and OBC candidates applying against respective category posts).
b. ₹.3500/- + 18% GST (SC/ST/PwBD/EWS candidates applying against respective category posts).
c. US$ 100.00 (US Dollar One Hundred Only) or equivalent in Indian Rupees for overseas candidates for all categories. It is also informed that any amount deposited as application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. On-line Application: For online application, candidates will have to provide their mobile number and valid and functional e-mail ID in the prescribed columns, without which their basic registration will not be completed. All the information/instructions will be sent on this mobile number/e-mail id in future. Complete application form should be submitted online by 11:59 PM IST on the last date of application that is 01.01.2024.
7. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should register separately with separate mobile number and e-mail address, for each post and pay the application fee for each post separately and submit online application separately for each post.

आवेदन कैसे करें महत्वपूर्ण:
1. विस्तृत विज्ञापन, ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के लिए लिंक और इस विज्ञापन से संबंधित बाद के संचार/अपडेट संस्थान की वेबसाइट www.drrrmlims.ac.in पर उपलब्ध होंगे। इसलिए, उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे किसी भी घोषणा/अपडेट के लिए वेबसाइट देखते रहें।
2. उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के समय संस्थान के निर्देशों के अनुसार सत्यापन के लिए अपने ऑनलाइन आवेदन की हस्ताक्षरित हार्ड कॉपी, सत्यापन के लिए आवेदन में अपनी उम्मीदवारी के संबंध में किए गए सभी दावों के समर्थन में सभी प्रमाणपत्रों की मूल प्रतियां प्रस्तुत करनी होंगी। उन्हें साक्षात्कार के समय अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियां जमा करनी होंगी।
3. यदि, किसी भी स्तर पर, यह पाया जाता है कि उम्मीदवार द्वारा कोई वांछित/आवश्यक जानकारी छिपाई गई है या गलत तरीके से प्रस्तुत की गई है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जा सकती है और उसके खिलाफ अन्य उचित कार्रवाई शुरू की जा सकती है।
4. उम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते समय पंजीकरण/आवेदन के प्रत्येक चरण (जैसे- पंजीकरण, शुल्क भुगतान, अंतिम प्रस्तुति आदि) पर दी गई जानकारी (भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए सॉफ्ट और हार्ड कॉपी के रूप में) को संरक्षित करने के लिए निर्देशित किया जाता है।
5. आवेदन शुल्क: गैर-वापसीयोग्य आवेदन शुल्क निम्नानुसार देय होगा:
ए। ₹.6000.00 (केवल छह हजार रुपये) + 18% जीएसटी (संबंधित श्रेणी के पदों के लिए आवेदन करने वाले यूआर और ओबीसी उम्मीदवार)।
बी। ₹.3500/- + 18% जीएसटी (एससी/एसटी/पीडब्ल्यूबीडी/ईडब्ल्यूएस उम्मीदवार संबंधित श्रेणी के पदों के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हैं)।
सी। सभी श्रेणियों के विदेशी उम्मीदवारों के लिए यूएस $ 100.00 (केवल यूएस डॉलर एक सौ) या भारतीय रुपये में समकक्ष। यह भी सूचित किया जाता है कि आवेदन शुल्क के रूप में जमा की गई कोई भी राशि किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
6. ऑन-लाइन आवेदन: ऑनलाइन आवेदन के लिए उम्मीदवारों को निर्धारित कॉलम में अपना मोबाइल नंबर और वैध और कार्यात्मक ई-मेल आईडी प्रदान करना होगा, जिसके बिना उनका मूल पंजीकरण पूरा नहीं होगा। भविष्य में सभी सूचनाएं/निर्देश इसी मोबाइल नंबर/ई-मेल आईडी पर भेजे जाएंगे। पूरा आवेदन पत्र आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 01.01.2024 को रात 11:59 बजे IST तक ऑनलाइन जमा किया जाना चाहिए।
7. जो अभ्यर्थी एक से अधिक पदों के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, उन्हें प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग-अलग मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल पते के साथ अलग-अलग पंजीकरण करना चाहिए और प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग से आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करना चाहिए और प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग से ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करना चाहिए।
Selection Process:
For Assistant Professors, selection shall be based on assessment of shortlisted candidates by a duly constituted Selection Committee as provided for, in the Dr RMLIMS, Lucknow Act 2015 and will be based on Assessment of Teaching Skills (2/3rd weightage) and Interview (1/3rd weightage). Details shall be shared with candidates with call for interviews or announced on the website.
